Information we handle

When you connect and sign in, we handle your public wallet address, a signed login challenge and a session identifier. We store launch drafts, token settings, media, whitelist addresses, support tickets, contact reports and AI chat messages when you choose those features. A contact report includes the reply email, subject, details and optional link you provide; it is visible to Mooning administrators. Confirmed transactions, token addresses and pool activity can be obtained from the public Solana blockchain.

Our hosting and security systems may process technical request data such as IP address, browser information, time and error details to operate and protect the service.

Why we use it

We use this information to verify wallet control, save drafts, show balances and market information, process support requests, operate AI features you request, prevent abuse and troubleshoot failures. Public token details can appear on Mooning and on-chain. Support and AI conversations are associated with the signed-in wallet and are not public listings.

Where information goes

Blockchain transactions and addresses are public and may be copied by other services. Transaction data and wallet requests pass through Solana RPC and wallet services. Pool actions involve the selected venue. If you use AI features, the text you submit is sent to the AI provider to generate a response; avoid including private information. Hosting, storage and security providers may process the data needed to operate the site.

These providers may operate in other countries and have their own privacy notices.

Storage and your choices

We keep off-chain records for as long as needed to operate the features, address security and support issues, or meet applicable obligations. We do not promise removal of information already written to a public blockchain or copied by others. You can disconnect your wallet, delete a draft where the interface allows it, and request access, correction or deletion of off-chain information through support. We will assess requests under applicable law and technical constraints.

Cookies and local storage

Wallet sign-in uses a necessary session cookie. The website may store interface preferences in your browser. See the cookie notice for details. We do not currently run advertising or analytics cookies in the Mooning application.

If our data practices change, we will update this page and its date. For privacy questions or requests, open a ticket from the wallet involved through Mooning support.
