Cookies and browser storage
The Mooning application currently uses only the storage needed for sign-in and interface operation. Last updated 28 September 2026.
Wallet session
After you prove wallet control by signing a login message, Mooning sets a mooning_session cookie. It lets the server recognize your wallet on later requests. The cookie is HTTP-only, uses a strict same-site setting and expires after up to 24 hours. Signing out clears the session.
Interface preferences
Some controls may save display choices in browser storage or a local cookie. Those settings do not sign transactions or provide access to your wallet. Clearing site data in your browser removes them.
Analytics and advertising
The Mooning application does not currently set analytics or advertising cookies. If that changes, we will update this notice and provide controls where required before enabling them.
Your controls
You can block or delete cookies using your browser settings. Blocking the session cookie will prevent wallet sign-in and features that require it. For related information, read our privacy notice.
